I work with them mostly for the range of high quality SF rentals. Somehow they consistently get the best places (across a range of budgets).

We have also found the associates to consistently be responsive, professional and likable. This is a really hard industry to build a business and with high emotions to manage in all stakeholders, so I respect the standards they are able to maintain for us.
