The beach is less than a 5-minute walk. Outside the private gates you’ll find restaurants, shops, parks and a local market. Scenic hiking trails and biking trails are only steps away. Street parking is easy and accessible directly outside of the building.
The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked for guests needs, accompanied by two spacious closets. Laundry facilities are available along the shared stairwell, where you’ll find beach chairs, and room to leave your sandy shoes at the door.
The lease term is month to month, with a minimum 30-day reservation. Utilities are paid by landlord for 30-day stays, longer lease terms negotiable with owner.
